Be the Solution Daily Quote: 6-19-22

Monday always brings me hope and faith. Begin the day with a mindset focused on knowing it is not all on your shoulders. One of my favorite songs is Lean on me.

Continue to have faith and hope as you begin each day! Keep this song in your heart as you remember you are never alone. Lean on me and always ask because we all need someone each day.

Making Monday Count

Each day is an integral part of our journey through life. Some days we may feel like we did not accomplish anything. Have you ever had the opportunity to reflect on the day’s interactions? Maybe you did not receive anything in the day, but what were you able to do for others you did not even know impacted their lives?

It happens! You can do a little thing without realizing it that makes a big difference in the life of another. It took me many years to discover this, and I still have to remind myself, but it is accurate. I had several people speak to me many years later to tell me of a time when I did something that changed their direction, and it meant a great deal to them. I take no credit for these events as I believe it is a “God thing” or a “God wink.”

Pause throughout the day to count your blessings, say hello to everyone, and compliment others for actions, words, and appearances. Don’t allow negative thoughts or emotions to go unchecked. When they begin, it is time to look for all of the positives around you and the people who can help lift you during times of need. Make the day worthwhile, cheerful, and helpful. Let others see you know your worth and theirs by investing in an intentional state of positive culture without any issues of negativity. Monday is counting on us to start right so that the other days will fall into place.

Monday Moves

Monday always starts the week for me. I have always thought about the week as Monday – Friday. Saturday and Sunday are the weekends. I may be cheating Sunday out of the title of the first day of the week and moving it in my mind to the last day, but I do not think I am alone. Monday deserves the spot first because we all moan when we hear it is Monday because we have to go back to school or work. Summer is the exception!

I have always tried to Make Monday Motivating! I will continue to work to keep the motivation going for you and me! Wake up with a mind that is grateful to begin a day that leads us to great opportunities!

Friday Food thoughts

My Kentucky roots! Biscuits and gravy is what we have! Life is always great!
My staff always knew when I was feeling a little off I would say: Break time everyone in the car! Ice cream is what we need! Lemon and chocolate together is my favorite!
My thought on this is: I am on the Titanic Diet! I eat my dessert first always, because those on the ship wish they would have had it! Why would you ever take a chance on missing out on it.

Be the Solution Daily Quotes- 5-24-22

The world can be too much for us. Our minds race from one issue to the next. As we focus on problems with our mindset of “fix-it,” we forget in those moments to take a breath and remember we are not designed to take on the world alone. We are not to face every issue with a “fix-it” focus, but with opened eyes and hearts to know the solution will come on the designers timeline.

Blessings to each one for a day full of opportunities to see the work’s wonders to create better days ahead.

Dirt on the Window

Our vision can be clouded for many reasons. It is up to us to step back and reflect on the “why” of the situation. Turn to the guidance you need in the right place. What do I mean by this statement?

We seek guidance from others, but those we seek from may not always have our best interest as a priority. We have to take rugged looks at those we surround ourselves with to understand the actual value they bring to our lives. Surround yourself with those who will shout your praises to everyone publicly and are genuine in their support for your success.

My faith is my strength, and God directs my guidance. I surround myself with so many who have the same level of faith I do. If you look at the leadership of those I admire the most; you will find a strong faith at the center of who they are.
