So it is the middle of the week and the end of the month! Time to make sure you are getting all of the nourishment you need. It is not all about the food you eat!
Take some time to inventory:
- How much sleep you are getting?
- How much exercising you are getting?
- How much reading you are doing?
- How much reflection time are you spending?
- How much family and friend time are you spending?
- What kinds of foods are you eating?
Nourish yourself! My list could go on, but then you would not have time to begin. Add to your list and get started.
