This past week I posted a message about being careful of not depleting your energy and making sure others around you are adding value to your life. I have also posted a message about the choices everyone makes and the importance of teaching these to students.
I was told once that I may have small-town values in my writing. I am not sure if that is the case or if the need for values does.
Often you hear individuals, organizations, companies, and schools say: “I/We have a strong foundation of ______which we are built on that makes me/us strong.”
If we visit the core of who we are, what we do, and why we exist, the values reveal themselves and reflect a strong foundation that is very similar. So the values are a not small town, but American.
It is essential to go back to visit the foundation of the how and why of our development. Sticking to your foundation of values is vital.
