Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. — John 14:27
Heavenly Father, I humbly ask for Your peace, comfort and gentle hand to guide in my life, in all those in my family and all throughout the land who accept you as their Savior.
The stressors in my life can cause many sleepless nights, worries and concerns. Our days can be filled with so many negatives repeated and repeated. Fill us up with your peace, comfort and reassure us that You are there and in control.
Heavenly Father, You are slow to anger, gracious in mercy, and abounding in love. You are worthy of all praise and honor. May we remember, today may not show us the answers we seek to see and hear. It is in tomorrow’s promise we hold onto which leads us toward the light on our path to enlightenment of brighter days.
Calm the spirits and comfort each one today. May each one take time today to reflect in prayer and to know the change we desire lives within our hearts, echoes in our voices, shouts in our minds and shines through our actions each day.
Thank You for each day and all of the gifts you give to each one of us. Thank You for the protection you provide daily; we are unaware of those we do know.
