May=Mental Health Awareness Month

It is okay to not be okay. We all face many difficulties, struggles and things to overcome. Mental Health is so important and everyone needs to work to protect our overall wellness.

Did you know when you ask people how they are, they never really tell you how they are? Truth be told, many of us power through many things without letting anyone know. Some people hold things in and try to stay away from others. If you know someone who has just stopped socializing with others and has not heard from them, please re-connect. They probably need you.
