- Mistakes are part of learning, growing and developing. They are never going to define who you are.
- You are the author of your story. I always use a pencil so I can erase, edit and make some changes as I go.

Keep positive vibes and thoughts going all of the time. When we let a little negativity creep in, the best way to chase it out is with positivity. Start the day with a positive quote and ask what they think. Maybe they have others to share. Always start with a quick 5 minute battery charge of positivity to set the tone.
